Hi all, Let me start by saying, "What a unit!!" Love it. Issue is, it stopped recording. There is no data to transfer to the data key. The unit shows test data and a graph. I spoke with AIM and they told me to clear the test data from the unit, so I did. Again, still downloadable data. Having issues with the engine and with only 2 races left, I really need the graphs to find the issue.

Any ideas?

We had problems with the jack shaft sensor was not reading and this caused the unit to not store any info

We had the 2 setscrews that keep the collar "retained" to the jackshaft dissapear, so the collar wasn't turning with the jackshaft.
BTW if anyone ever needs replacement setscrews they are metric size 5mm dia x .8 thread pitch, get some extras you'll be glad one day you did.

The set screws are in. Thanks for the screw sizes as well. Thing is, the unit has all the data on it with the graph. It just does not want to transfer data to the data key.

Do I understand correctly that the MyChron4 is recording fine, but not transferring data to the download key?

This is correct. I have already cleared all the test data on the unit (per Scott) and that didnt help.
